Day 1 — Your brand call

Thirty minutes with your account manager. You send the site you have today plus two or three you wish you had. They ask the questions a discovery doc never gets to — who your buyer actually is, what you stopped offering, the page you keep meaning to write. You leave with a remake plan, a launch date, and someone's direct email.

Week 1 — The working session

Your AM rebuilds your reference, section by section, on a shared screen. Hero rewritten live. Forms wired into your CRM as you watch. Domain pointed, branded email connected, payment account linked. You answer questions, approve calls, drop in the photos. Nothing is sent to a queue. Nothing waits a week for a ticket.

Week 2-3 — Go live

You walk through the site one last time, push live, and get a two-hour training video for the CMS so you can confidently edit copy, swap images and add pages on your own. The CRM already has your forms, your bookings calendar and your first campaign waiting.

After launch — Same person, every time
